If you wish to publish an interactive eLearning course to MP4 video format, you will need to make some tweaks to it, so that the final interaction state is visible. Watch this video for quick tips and tricks to do so:
Lot of the questions in the forums about issues with providing information for the stakeholders are asking for a pdf or a print document. Your approach here to provide a video is a good idea, but you also know that it will work only with rather simple interactions based on show/hide or state changes.
Due to losing lot of output functionality due to the EOL of Flash player (interactive pdf was the most flexible way, or EXE output), any idea for replacement is welcome. I use an InDesign template since many years to create a print output with all the states of interactive objects and based on manual screenshots. Lot of work, but only needed infrequently by clients. Most are happy when they can view the HTML output on a webserver.
