While neo speeches are a good addition to captivate, the voice modulation sounds seem outdated compared to current market quality. An alternative is to use text to voice online software such as IBM project, but this surely takes extra effort.
I am wondering if it is possible to increase the scope of voice integration within captivate.

I saw a useful video about that on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nunh0KALEYQ
Answered same question recently in Adobe forums:
“Any installed voice on your system can be used in Captivate. If you are on Windows the Win voices automatically appear in the TTS window, even before you install the TTS voices from NeoSpeech packaged with Captivate.”
