Mails about expiring licenses for me always come from noreply@adobe.com.
Maybe OP has a QuestionMark license?
Adobe Digital Learning Services refers to a partnership between Adobe and training partners to manage the various Adobe Professional certifications. If you have completed or are working towards a particular professional certification it might be that.
Question Mark is a company with a Quiz application, not from Adobe AFAIK. Can you check your account on the Adobe site to verify when your license is expiring?
