Multi State Objects and Video

Hello All,

I have two projects that have close to 100 videos each. They are arranged by topic and sequentially. Our company does not allow streaming so I must load everything as a progressive download.  I have attached a screenshot of the concept, but I am running into issues after several videos play perfectly. They end up just being a black screen where the video should go. (Not in the preview, but once loaded into the LMS as SCORM 2004/HTML 5 package.

The specifications are that there must be some indication that a learner has already viewed a video (right now, I use the State “visited” on the button to change the button and retain state).  AND that the videos are organized in a logical and sequential format. (I’ve added a smart shape, changed the state and added up to 8 states with one video each. The buttons on the left trigger the state change and then indicated a “visited” state once clicked. Everything works perfectly in the HTML 5 preview. However, once loaded into the LMS, after a few videos, the area where the video should be turns black and does nothing.

1. Is there something to be done to enable all videos to play or,

2. Is there a better approach to this that I can try.

I was given the advice to split the videos up, however, that makes tracking visited/played objects more challenging for me. Maybe I am not familiar with the right tools or approach. This is the first time I am tackling a project like this with so many videos and specific requirements. The first time, I tried advanced actions to hide and show checks as viewed over multiple slides, but it was awkward and cumbersome and did not retain state upon revisit. I thought multi-states were the answer, but I’m experiencing issues with some of the video (same format, similar size) going black. Anyone out there have advice or can hop on a skype call and take a look for some advice?

Thanks all!

No image was attached, which makes understanding the long question bit tough. Can you please attach the image with the Choose File button?
