Fustrated
Each time I try to preview, I get a narrow white box with a buffering wheel atop a large black box. Nothing else. My project is nothing more than two very simple slides.
I am having a similar issue. When I try to open the updated module I only see the wheel.
I created a new demo and training project. When I updated the module in the Captivate Prime this is the result.
I am authoring in Captive 2017 (up-to-date on version)

I am running into a similar issue. When I try to load the content in the module it opens up and then the wheel of doom.
I created both a demo and training video. I am on Adobe Captivate 2017 (updated to current version) for authoring and publishing in Captivate Prime. The issue shows up no matter what browser I am in. I am on a Mac.

I would, although I got ahold of Adobe the took over my computer and forced an update. Working fine now. Thanks

Could you please share some more information regarding the issue? e.g. Version of Adobe Captivate, Operating system version you are working on and some screenshot of the issue.
