I want to use a very basic animation (a figure walking up to a desk) into Captivate 9.
Our Visual Production shop is using Cinema 4D to create these objects, but I need to know the specifics on what output I’ll need to bring what they create into Captivate.
Any help on what I need to tell them…or anything in particular I need to consider….would be greatly appreciated.

I use both Captivate and Cinema 4d regularly. Mark is correct the only way to bring C4D content into Captivate is by video (MP4) or as a single graphic. You can’t import your 3D objects by themselves.

Thanks much for the info Steve. I appreciate it.
Captivate can import assets in swf, flv, video (mp4), png, jpg, gif (animated gif, though I have found those to often not work), svg.
I’m not familiar with Cinema 4D but I would say it’s likely it would output video?
