In this training video I illustrate how to create a Multiple Language e-Learning course with Language re-set option using Adobe Captivate 8. I was delighted to find how to do this using Adobe Captivate 5.5 in an earlier training provided here in the Adobe e-Learning Community. However what I needed was a self contained course that allowed the language to be re-set using Adobe Captivate 8. This training illustrates how to produce the course from beginning to end. It includes the conditional actions to create a Language re-set option by returning to the first slide in the presentation. I hope you enjoy this training and find it useful. what was the develop time for this three language course, including exporting and importing the new translations, and the advanced actions? I am now working for a global organization that translates into 17 languages, but development time is always 1/4 of what it should be based on a Level 2 training, so I’m just trying to present this in a way that helps them understand that something like this “doable”, but needs more than two weeks notice.
Hi, this is a very informative presentation. One of the main points of this functionality, is format of the imported Project Caption *.doc file. My questions are: 1. does this file contain all two translations FR and SP ?
or do they imported separately ?
2. If this file contains both translations ( suggestion as per demonstrated import during video presentation ) how it is possible that two new captions are generated and original english is not overritten but also present after the import ?
Thanks,
