I used this tool to make screen capture videos for a school that provides online real estate courses some and found it to be user-friendly, intuitive, and highly capable for developing online courses and online learning material.

Hi – I am experiencing an error when attempting to send for Shared Review. I select Collaborate > Send for Shared Review and get an Unknown Exception:
eallclearCaptivate-Hulk-AutoDaily-Win32-Release-SAdevsourcecomponentsziputilsCPInternalZipUtils.cpp707

Following this, I get a message from Adobe Captivate:
Acrobat.com: File Upload failed. Ensure that you have network connection.

I do have an internet connection.

Thanks,
Lynda

Hello Lynda,

Are you able to login to acrobat.com in browser? If yes, are you able to login while doing Shared Review? Can you email me at viswanat@adobe.com and we can debug further. BTW, which OS are you in?

Thanks,
Vish

I used this tool when I was in my thesis days and it was great making and developing E Learning Training Courses for computer-related subjects. The end-product was fascinating and clean since it has many features to make it more captivating from the name of the tool itself. 🙂
